1. BOOKINGS

Credit Card details are required to secure all bookings for safety purposes. You will not be charged to this credit card unless your booking falls under the cancellation policy (see section 2 on Cancellation Policy).

2.  CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours notice will be required for all cancellations otherwise the full cost of the event will be charged. This is in exception in the event of more a booking containing more than 5 models in which case a minimum of 5 working days will be required for cancellation.

3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) Please note this is strictly a non-sexual service. We reserve the right to be free from harmful, offensive, verbal, physical, threatening and abuse or racism. If this may occur, we hold the right to cease the booking/event to which you will still be charged the full amount for this booking/event.
(b) A minimum of two (2) models per booking is required. GridGirls will not process any bookings not adhering to this condition unless prior authorisation has been obtained by GridGirls.
(c) All models are subject to availability.

4. PAYMENT

All payments are to be made at the end of the day of the event. This is to be made payable to GridGirls in the form of a Money Order, Bank Cheque, Credit Card. GridGirls accepts Visa and Master Card only. Cash will be accepted on the day of the event and is the preferred method of payment.

5. LIABILITY

The client or venue is responsible for ALL public liability for any accidents that may occur to our models.
